NEWS - Automated NC gauging device for precise measuring

We present a new automatic stop, ideal for measuring profile and light solid materials of smaller diameters. The high-quality industrial linear axis and servo drive ensure high speed and measuring accuracy up to 0.1 mm. The stop carriage moves along a linear guide and is controlled intuitively via a large color touchscreen.

The system allows storing frequently used lengths in memory and safe slipping of the stop when different weights of materials hit it. Control is provided by Pilous's own software, which allows easy switching between stop/pulling/pushing material modes.
