Carbide
The hardmetal saw blade consists of a carrying belt made of special steel into which the teeth are machined. Onto the teeth, specially grounded hardmetal plates are welded. Hardmetal imbedded saw blade suitable for cutting of surface-quenched materials, chrome-plated parts, forged components and materials with extreme toughness and hardness up to 62 HRC.

Characteristics:
special process of carbide welding, precisely ground tooth tips ● thanks to special tooth grinding geometry, pre-cutting and post-cutting teeth, the highest cutting performance is achieved and vibrations minimized.
Use:
- titanium

- nickel-alloys
- exotic and hardly workable alloys
- full material of medium or large(st) dimensions.

special process of carbide welding, precisely ground tooth tips made of carbide ● special tooth grinding geometry, where a larger number of tooth cutting sections creates the cutting channel. Thus, the maximum cutting performance with almost no vibrations is achieved.
